• Self-pickup requires a non-Hong Kong passport (e.g., Mainland China, UK, USA, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan); other documents are invalid.
• The recipient's name must exactly match the passport.
• Using initials, numbers, codes, pseudonyms, or names missing surnames as the recipient will result in the package being returned.
• The maximum storage period is 1 month.
• ※Hong Kong is a free port; import and export goods are exempt from customs duties, with no tariff quotas or surcharges. There is no value-added tax or service tax in Hong Kong, with taxes only levied on alcohol, tobacco, hydrocarbon oil, and methanol.
