• For self-pickup, please present a valid document such as a passport from regions other than Hong Kong (e.g., Mainland China, UK, USA, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, etc.); other documents are invalid.
• The recipient's name must exactly match the passport.
• Using initials, numbers, codes, pseudonyms, or names missing surnames as the recipient will result in the package being returned.
• The maximum storage period is 1 month.
• ※Hong Kong is a free port; import and export goods are exempt from customs duties, with no tariff quotas or surcharges. There is no value-added tax or service tax in Hong Kong, with taxes only levied on alcohol, tobacco, hydrocarbon oil, and methanol.

※ In addition to the self-pickup addresses mentioned, delivery can also be made directly to your specified addresses in Hong Kong and Macau (non-self-pickup method, no passport required outside Hong Kong, no additional shipping fees).
