Consolidation, reinforcement and other optional services
After your items reach the warehouse, you can choose optional services when creating a forwarding order according to the number of parcels, item characteristics and international shipping needs.
Consolidation service
Eligible received parcels can be consolidated to reduce the number of deliveries. The packed size, weight and available shipping methods may change after consolidation.
Reinforcement and packing protection
Depending on the item and its packaging, you can choose simple, super or individual reinforcement or moisture protection to reduce damage risk during international shipping. No packing method can guarantee that damage will not occur.
Available services, eligibility and fees are subject to the optional-services page and the actual information shown in your forwarding order.
