Method availability is determined by destination, item type, packed actual weight and outer dimensions.

How to measure a parcel
Actual weight
Weigh the fully packed parcel including the box, cushioning and reinforcement.
Longest side and dimensions
Measure the outermost length, width and height of the shipping box, not the product box interior.
Volumetric conditions
Some methods use volumetric weight or dimension bands. The current calculator and order determine the formula and chargeable weight.
What happens when limits are exceeded
- The system may switch to another eligible method.
- A consolidated parcel may need splitting or additional packing.
- Oversized, heavy or special items may use Super Big Express, subject to order-specific confirmation.
- Charges from method changes, splitting or extra services are shown in the final order.

Not under the general conditions above. Other eligible methods are displayed based on destination, dimensions, weight and item rules.
