Returned-parcel process

1. To return a package from the destination country, handle the procedures at the local department.
2. If the package arrives at the JChere warehouse:
   • JChere will advance the international return shipping cost (EMS free of charge).
   • Once the package arrives, it will be re-registered and you will be notified by email.
   • When the package is returned, Japan Post tracking will show return information (お届け済み).
3. You can process the reshipment on the Packages page.

• ※ Packages that have not undergone customs procedures or not delivered may automatically be returned.
• ※ Express special discounts and oversized express methods do not support returns.

Returned-parcel fees

1. Return Handling Fee: 500 yen
2. Return International Shipping Fee (based on actual carrier charges).
3. If repacking is needed: Repacking Fee is 1200 yen.
4. Further charges based on inbound package forwarding costs.

※ The return handling fee and international postage are automatically settled with the most recent forwarding order, which may not contain the returned parcel itself.
