Shipping Restrictions

Up to 3 kg per parcel (relaxed if it fits the max outer box).
Max outer box: 33 × 24 × 17.5 cm; if it fits, weight may exceed 3 kg.

Packing To Meet Limits
- Orders exceeding the limits (single or consolidated) will be auto-split to comply.
- Splitting is roughly balanced by weight/volume. Avoid too many parcels in one order; the number of parcels may increase.
- Gift sets with intact presentation won’t be split.
- Repacking with new cartons: JPY 300 per box.
- To comply with limits, selected optional services may be adjusted at packing.
- Invoices/amount slips are removed automatically.
Item Limits
- For personal use only; avoid excessive identical items. Total value per parcel must not exceed CNY 2,000. (Exception: a single indivisible item, e.g., one camera.)
- For the same recipient/address/phone, at most one parcel per declaration batch.

- For consolidation, also select “Remove outer package box”.

Pricing
- International shipping:
- Customs duty: calculated based on the filed customs rate.
  - Mainland China duty rates
- Forwarding Fees
- Customs-duty handling fee: JPY 300 per parcel.
- Payment processing fee: 5%.

- Declaration details must match the recipient’s ID information.
