6How to use
- When creating a forwarding order, select Special Express from the available methods.
- If packing and billing are complete, contact customer service with the forwarding-order number to confirm whether the method can be changed. Contact customer service
- Item information must be declared accurately.
- Enter recipient information, including the recipient name and address, in English. If another language is used, the system will automatically translate it into English.

8Conditions for Mainland China
- Each parcel should generally be for personal use and declared within RMB 2,000. A single indivisible item, such as one rice cooker, may be reviewed separately.
- Orders above the value or personal-use scope require split boxes. If you arrange commercial customs clearance yourself, the personal-use and RMB 2,000 restrictions above do not apply; contact customer service with the order number after adding the forwarding order and before packing begins.
- Food cannot be sent to Mainland China using this route.
9Important notes
- Shipping insurance is required for Special Express. Insurance and compensation
- A JPY 4,000 oversize surcharge may apply to accepted parcels whose longest side exceeds 100 cm up to 120 cm, or whose billed weight is 25 kg up to 70 kg. Because the general billed-weight limit for this route is normally 30 kg, parcels above 30 kg require confirmation under the actual route shown at order time or Super Big review.
- Remote-area delivery surcharges may apply.
- Volumetric weight is based on warehouse measurements after packing. Compression or deformation in transit may change delivered dimensions.
- If an item cannot use this route after inspection, the method will be changed to EMS or another option available at that time. Compare other shipping methods
