1. Copy the current address from your JChere account
Use the address currently shown in your account, not an old order, browser autofill or another user’s screenshot. The member number identifies your parcel at the warehouse. Removing it, changing it or placing it in an unsuitable field can delay check-in.
- Enter the postcode, prefecture, city and street exactly as displayed.
- Keep the complete member number in the required name or address field.

2. Check the seller and delivery arrangement before ordering
Amazon.co.jp includes items sold by Amazon, fulfilled by Amazon and sold by marketplace sellers. Different sellers, inventory locations and release dates can split one order into several parcels, while marketplace sellers may use their own domestic delivery and return terms.
- Check both the “sold by” and “ships from” information.
- Pre-orders and temporarily unavailable items usually arrive later than in-stock products.

3. Handle several Amazon parcels after arrival

4. Address errors, cancellation and returns
If you find an address or member-number error after ordering, first check whether the order can still be changed in your Amazon account.
